Looking for a 700c Hybrid front wheel with 6 bolt disc hub for latest fixie project. Got a bolt on cog coming and with a longer axle and some spacers I reckon a rather tough off road capable fixie should emerge. Narrower 700c hybrid tyres should cut through mud and snow quite well.

I know hybrid stuffs not you guys forte but cant hurt to ask

i have a couple of spare font disc hubs lying aroung , nothing flash but your welcome to one or two of them

Im needing two thinks to get the Pace back up and running.

Rear 7 speed mech, would like XT.

Front triple mech (braze on) would like XT (but did they do a B/O XT Mech)? :?

Nae rubbish mind I'll pay the price for good kit, all from the same era please.

I'm looking for a braze on front mech as well for a pace. If I come across two, i'll give you a shout.

There seems to be some confusion as to what a braze on is. To my mind its a road style, but I've had a couple of offer for band on mechs which would fit the likes of AlpineStars, Fisher, e-stay bikes.

Braze on : if your seat tube has a lug brazed-on to carry the front
mech rather than a band-on one. Heres one I mistakenly sold a few
months ago what a ass hole

I can now answer my own question (YES YOU DO GET XT BRAZE-ON'S)

Ssssshhhh dont tell anyone, I sold THAT front mech and a matching rear mech both new as I thought I had two of each, the other ones were on the Pace but I was WRONG :x
