Stem will small amount of rise would be perfect. Hope or Race Face preferred. 1 1/8" Steerer 25.4 clamp.

XTR Rear Mech and Shifters only in M952 (mega 9 flavour) Would consider later model Shifters if they have the nice alu paddles.
