This dates from '95 or maybe even a bit earlier and the spring inside the hanger bolt is missing, although I have one here that may well fit.
SRP breakaway bolt is a nice touch, and I also have the original stainless bolt.
Short cage, rear plate is in good condition and the whole thing is straight.
