A seller can sell to whoever they want to, if they don't want to post overseas it's entirely up to them.

Not 'bad form', just a choice not to ship overseas, there are lots of sellers who will not post overseas.

It may have been a simple mistake not to put UK only postage in the advert, no need to leave bad feedback for a transaction that didn't happen though.

If Beavis change the rules in the midst of a sale without offering any apology or explanation, then this is a very clear cut case of not being a good trader. Even more so if he need others to do the arguing on his behalf!
