M8 coarse and fine pitch?

Do you think I may be correct in thinking that the cranks bolts are coarse pitch and that for my hub I need a fine pitch?

sqtp crank bolts are M8 x 1 fine pitch, shimano hub axles are also a custom thread with 1mm pitch
