I looked at buying a cracked Xizang, but Chris (aka cjax) pipped me.

We chatted about it afterwards, and it turns out titanium is almost imposible to repair.

I'd steer clear chaps.

Dang, could be an easy fix if the right person did it. I am thinking the crack is where the butting got thin? Or is the seat stay on this one not butted?

Still, a repair weld would cost about $100US.

Being a Raleigh, is that a UK Ti Frame?
