1992 Al Carter Black Panther 17.5" c-c frame and forks with headset,stem,seatpost and saddle. Headtube is EVOLUTION 1.25" size. Made from Tange oversize and butted tubing. Made I belive on the same factory as some of the contemporary Gart Fisher range and share the geometry, has full set of rack mounts, Nice tough matt black finish, no dings/cracks only normal wear to paintwork.
£20 collected or can meet a reasonable distance for a few quid to my fuel bill! ( i work in west London too if that helps)
8 speed 11-30 sram(I think?) cassette, again plenty of life left, no lockring.
