A Shimano Deore LX SL-M570 9-speed Rapidfire Shifter. The silver/black model, which I think is rarer than the black and blue ones.
Excellent condition -functionally perfect, with nice sharp gear clicks across the full range of gears. Cosmetically also excellent with only a few light marks. The only thing I can find to fault it is that it no longer has the small cap that screws on over the cable hole.
