I have some of the above which I want to use for a singlespeed conversion.
As it has a 5 not 4 bolt spider can anyone tell me which 32T ring I should/can use Cheers
You can use any chainring with a BCD of 94mm - ideally an unramped ring. You'll probably still want to run it in the "normal" middle ring position on the spider too, for the best chainline.
