On a more serious note: the reason I opened your thread was that one my Raleighs is this lugless '200'. I've never been able to find out much about the model, but I like it.

Looks like a mid 90s Raleigh M TRAX 200 made with reynolds optima tubing, I have a 300 and a 400 frame, the difference being the kit they are fitted with, I love them they are so light, lighter than my 531c Raleigh race frameset

Thanks for that information, spitball! Previously I've been searching for "Raleigh 200 Proline" (that's what it says on the decals) and all I got were MTBs.

I'll dig it out of storage (haven't ridden it in quite a while) and have another look.

If you dig it out check the frame number, iirc it should begin with an G or H, I'm away at the moment so I can't check mine until I return, there is a thread on here with a little bit of information on them, but generally information seems scarce.

Curiosity got the better of me, so I went for a look. The serial number is YF96H01146.

There's a tubing decal that reads:

r.s.p.
Raleigh Special Products
CROMOLY
double butted main tubes
