big fan of white lightning epic. Need to clean your chain really really well before using.

See pace has some new chain lubes - anyone tried them?

I used to use this reliegously but it builds up a layer of wax on everything and is a pain to clean. I've recently switched to T9 and love it.

Where do you get t9, i have heard of it but can't find any retailers.

Get yourself to a proper motorbike shop, the type that do repairs, and get some Silkolene RG2 grease, it's synthetic, so it doesn't swell nylon bushes and rubber seals, only costs a fiver or so for a big tub of it, and it's RED!!
As for the chain, i'd go for the finishline wet, stays on for longer, but remember to use sparingly. But of course, this is all my humble opinion!! :D

I remember MTBPRO doing a review of this back in the mid 90`s ,they raved bout and said it was better then everything else on the market and cheaper too .

I still use it for BB Headsets and other applications ...

Good stuff so dont delay go buy some today .

Cheers

www.boeshield-europe.com

Boeing of all people developed this, and they still make it and sell it under the boeshield name.

Ended up going with silkolene rg2 grease and some foaming wax chain lube (also intended for motorbikes).

I use ATB (Absolutely The Best), but whether it's available in Euroland, I don't know.

Just a comment about Phil's Tenacious Oil, I'm told that it is simply repackaged oil that lubes the chain on a chainsaw.

Agree totaly. For my chain i use ProGold. Cleans and lubes all in one!

I'm currently liking Rock&Roll chain lube.

Far less mess than wet lubes and seems to be working fine for my longer rides which are usualy too much for other "dry" lubes.

Finish Line Wet or Dry depending on conditions, so mainly wet. Silkolene Pro RG2, which from memory can also be used on old Rockshox
I did use Triflow oil, but it became difficult to get

i can't believe someone would recommend white lighting for anything other than spd springs...

T9 or rock'n'roll for chains, triflow for cables
