parcels2go are good til something goes wrong, had a right mare with them when they ripped open me package and all me bits fell out, it was well packed too
Parcel2Go:
* Failed to collect my item;
* Gave me an address to drop off the box myself - But when I went there, the security guard told me the office had been closed for > 2 years;
* Promised me a refund for 9 months. Paid up immediately when I notified my credit card company.
I use senditnow, and have probably done so about 15-20 times this year. They've only made one error in that time, where they sent it back to the original hub, rather than on to it's destination, resulting in a two day delay - but they were quick to apologise and I got compensation out of them too...
Used interparcel a couple of times too, but mainly for stuff abroad (just sent a full bike to France, 20kg, boxed, and it was £48 with the insurance up to £200) as you can pick the best/cheapest courier...
just rememebr that the cheapset prices have a fairly low insurance . so best to upgrade someitmes but then cost are identical to more expesnsive courriers .
