watch some biking vids, phone ya riding buddies, just go for a spin round the block. basically do anything bike related (other than sp[end too much time on here!) works for me.
i have times when i lose the bug too, not surprisingly it's mostly in the winter. leave it for a while and wait until you miss it . . . then you'll get the bug back
As has been said before, watch some vids old and new (Dirt, Getta Grip, and Chainspotting are particularly good at getting the old spark back I find), put your saddle down, do some wheelies around the car park, and you'll be fine...

I find spending time on here gets some momentum back.. if I had like-minded people nearby, getting out and dirty (on the trails!!) I guess would have a similar (and more beneficial) effect..
That rut has slippery sides... far too easy to fall into but a complete sonofabitch to climb out...
