What looks to be a 16 inch 1992 Kona Explosif which looks like it's been badly resprayed.
Usual can't do links but hers some photos and the item number, bidding currently at £21

I hope it is the genuine article. I always worry when something has been repainted, it seems like the temptation is there to "upgrade" the decals. I guess the serial number will tell the story when you get it.

It should be a Explosif looking at the seat tube bulge, it's the same as my 93 Kilauea which has the same Tange Prestige Concept frame
