looking for a low profile or carbon tt framest 90s/80s

hey there i am looking for a vintage time trial frameset. preferably low profile or carbon from around the 90s or 80s. not fussed on brand but i dont have much to spend (100 pounds) so please reply if you have anything that may suit. frame size 55-58cm

I know of a wheeler low pro time trial/triathlon made by wheeler its a b26 or t26 will have to check, good quality frame, straight forks, nice nick bright yellow, low pro frameset, odd thing is it uses 26 in wheels...
