what hub is on the super champion rim ? is it a tubular or clincher?

this is a super competition champion tubular rim
on a shimano 6-speed (13-24)

are the spokes stainless? and which shimano hub is it?

they are stainless spokes,have just given them a slight rub with very fine wire wool.they come up gleaming.
all i can see on the hub is shimano and EA engraving
also has an oiler hole and cover!!

could i get a pic of the hub? I need shimano 600 ex circa 1978. I just bought a rear hub a few days ago..but this might fit the bill instead..
