Longshot: Scapin headbadge??

I picked up a Scapin Bandit MTB frame second hand and have had it resprayed - have had trouble sourcing new decals for it (the UK dealer Veloce just aren't getting back to me), but my biggest concern is the headtube as it has 3 holes drilled in it (by Scapin I must add!!) so I don't want to ride it off road with this still uncovered.

Does anyone have a Scapin headbadge by any chance? Not fussed about being authentic or anything, in fact something more retro might be nice - I just want to cover the holes!
