Long shot...Tie dyed Ti spokes

Thats a lot of money

I aint even gonna suggest my thoughts to her

she won't buy 'pretty' at 150 bar unless its got gold, diamonds and fits around her finger

jerky it was you who won that wheel!

i was after a purple middleburn front hub but my computer died ! there was a matching one with the orange decal on it the same time as your one, didnt have ti die spokes, but rim was identical!

if you wanna sell the hub let me know.

:D

You'll have fun with ti spokes -

The wheels weigh NOTHING - seriously. NOTHING.

Also they "spring" into life when you sprint. Very odd indeed!

Looking forward to the experience  Would it be like my XM which 'tightens' when the going gets.erm..excitable. For sure my wheels are light but not mega...my CK set seem about the same.

They had to be re-trued after 2 or 3 rides (every)- 'DirtyDan' as he now known before as DDS built them for me on to hope ti hubs and i was only 9.5 stone at the time

I wouldnt like to hammer ti built wheels hard tho.
crazy thing is theres a fad for light weight parts in BMX currently and Ti spokes and alu nipples are becoming popular. I tried to tell some kid that putting alu nipples on a 36 spoke back wheel of a street bike was a bad idea. He didn't listen and called me 'Old' when I told hime I spoke from experience
Kids of today blah blah blah don't know there born blah blah

I have about half a dozen ti-dye spokes in my desk drawer at work if anyone wants them - you'll have to wait until I'm back in the office in Jan though
