This is a 1994 Obed and Litespeed catalogue says US seamless 3/2.5 titanium Aerospace quality custom tubeset.

Phew! Thought I was selling a puppy there!!!! I was under the impression that Litespeed didn't really make bad frames in the 1990's.

I bought it as a 1997 Ocoee, but the riveted cable stops, and seat stay tabs suggest it's a 1994 Obed.

I have been very happy with the frame, which was in fab condition, and rode incredibly well. Just have other bikes I prefer now.
