probably someone who's upgraded their frame to one that's not as flexy as spagetti and has transferred all their good stuff on to the new frame and chucked any old stuff they had lying around onto the old frame inorder to get it sold (either that or some shopowner was rubbing their hands when some noodle with too much money came in wanting to spend a chunk on a 'mountain bike' - bit like the time a rich arab fella came in asking for a £3500 Trek Y-50 for his 11 year old son, but with slicks on it, mmmm)
