I think this one here is the same year as yours? 1991?

@gil_m is your man for decals, either neon or yellow. Seatpost has a shim so may be different size to mine. Would be interested to see the cable routing as they seemed to vary them( to customers spec?)

Excellent. Even if you have to get it welded at some point, it'll likely still be worth it.
