Was this frame refubrished/ repolished? Disc brake mount?

no its just the original colour, its never been polished or something like that, only the decals are not original
got some original litespeed decals with it, the same as now are on the bike

no disc brake only v-brakes

the original 1997 decals were yellow with some rasta lines - I think you can still get' em

Nice bike for somebody a lot taller than me.

I think it would change gear better if you turned the rings so that the orientation pips were under the crank arm.
