very strange, not like any litech ive ever seen, but could be.
gusset ont he head tube looks like a bodge repair, or maybe a prototype? well if its the weight he claims, hard to see what else it could be made of at that size.

It looks like I welded it up...

Welding around the headtube gusset thingy looks different- crack at the bottom of the headtube and then a repair I reckon.
