Right, the aftermath thread!
Great ride enjoyed by all today it would seem. Thanks to those that braved the freezing cold weather to make it; MJN, Andy B, NickD, legrandfromage and SPESHMIKE.
I think the ride can be summed up puncture nightmare day! SPESHMIKE being the worst hit, 3 in total and 1 was before we even set off
bigcheese had 2, NickD 1 (although the thorn was left in and stayed up) and I managed 1, at the end, to be faced by a 10 min walk home :roll: Oh, and I manage to snap my chain, so big thanks to Andy B for a swift repair 
So....highlights:
> legrandfromage's kit (chino's tucked into socks! )
> NickD's swift *cough* pedal change
> 3 punctures all discoved at once
> the weather staying dry all ride
> legrandfromage's rear wheel removal technique
> the descent that cause my groin distress :shock:
> the climb that followed
> complete lack of grip from the tyres :shock:

> trying to cross the road afterwards :roll:
