No worries.

Not doing pasta for the healthy aspect Its just easy to make a huge bowl up and chuck in chopped sausage, ham, sweetcorn etc

Make ask Kirsten to do a stew, I'll just have to behave myself and keep in her good books

Good on ya.

I'll be on a GT, dont know which one yet :?

1) Zaskar = needs chain, cables and setting up
2) Karakoram = needs putting together plus cantis, levers, tensioner and chain
3) RTS = doesnt like getting dirty
