I'm in the market for a lightweight steel frame (good quality reynolds or columbus etc) with a seat tube of about 60cm or 23/24". It must have horizontal dropouts as I would like to run an IHG and canti mounts for wider tyres and mudguards. I imagine old touring/hybrid frames are the most likely to fit this spec but maybe cx frames as well?
Don't mind either whole bike or frame and quality of finish not important as I am willing to strip down and paint/powder coat myself.
