I'm afraid I don't know who built this as it was refurbished before I got it, but it has become clear that it doesn't occupy a required purpose sufficiently so it up for grabs.
54cm square, good condition blue paint, sticker claims 531 but I would have to speculate it is 531 + something as the weight is very good for a frame of this type (6lbs dead / 2.7kg), original fork, British threaded BB and headset, takes a 27.2 post, downtube shifter bosses, pump peg, canti front and rear with mudguard mounts and rack mounts at the rear and on the fork. BCM stamped BB shell and fork crown which could mean it's a Miyata p'raps (?), longer frame number than you'd expect from a small-scale builder, I can't see a maker stamp in either set of dropouts. A couple of shallow dings which I have tried to picture, frame and fork are straight though.
