leaving the company

Last week i gave my notice and i am leaving the company which is realy close to me.
I gave Blue Blood Brand a good 6,5 years of my life and now it is time to move on.
I was part of the company when it started and have seen some bad and good times but will always look back with a smile

The target is to start working for a new company next month or the month after if you do not find a replacement in time.
Feels strange .....

I have a friend that said "change jobs completely every 7 years, keeps the mind fresh"

He started as a small hold farmer then a session guitarist then a Technical illustrator, now he is a lecturer in Art. Not a bad philosophy.

I've effectively been doing the same job for 15 years - I can see what he means.

I've just this week changed job - I get bored after a while and have to move on. My last job was 8 years - a record for me

I tend to stick out a job for years, been driving HGV's for the last 12, car mechanic before that.

I hate starting a new job and cant stand interviews :roll:

Why?

Just feel its time for a change?

after almost 7 years i was done here.
i always liked it, learned alot, made some good friends but after such a long period I missed the challenge, did everything more then once.
also I was offered a great oppertunity , once in a lifetime chance.
Could not let this one go.

Since last week I already had my first newspaper interview, a radio interview on a business radio station and next week some Tv airtime
I hope it will work out, still looking for some investors , but this is my call.

yes , bought the rights from Fat Chance and going to reintroduce it!

no, just kidding, but it is (partial, very small) my own brand
