My LBS has said they can fit a rear Shimano R500 onto my Raleigh Pulsar without cold setting? I've picked it up and sure enough there it is, with a 7 speed cassette and a spacer?
Would they have had to bend the frame to get this on? And will it effect the integrity of the bike? There is some chain rub on the smallest sprocket - should I have had the wheel rebuilt.
