Pity your so far from me, doesn't take long to remove one.
I cut the ledge out of the cup, then pull the cartridge out and
split and remove the cups.
I made a cutter to remove the ledges, but the last one I did I just
used a die grinder, pulling the cup out you use a bolt in the BB.
