Interesting piece of history on that one and in amazing condition considering it's more than 30 years old. Seller didn't do himself any favor though with all those zip ties left on in the pictures. Did they have black zip ties like that in 1978? :P Seems odd to go all that trouble sourcing rare parts and then let the bike down like that. I'm probably nit-picking cause it's late. :wink:
 
I think most of the Lawills and Cooks cruisers lacked cable braze-ons.
On a BMX, you can sort of tuck the rear brake cable under the top-tube pad.
Or you can get some chrome frame-clips.
But most of them have some sort of botch for cable-routing, which I agree looks a bit crap.
