Lava dome, in need of TLC

I see the seat tube ( looks like a bad attempt to free the seat posts ) and to be honest I think that could be repairable, could be wrong I always did like a challenge.
Can't quite make out whats going on in the pick of the seat stay though, is that a buckled brake mount?.

Yip, the brake mount is bent inwards, causing a large section of the seatstay to fold inward.

IMO that frame is dead.

I think the post could be cut out very easily and the unsightly seat tube could be bent back, but it needs a new seat stay and a respray. It's a prime example of a frame that could be repaired, but its value after repair would be less than the cost of the repair, so why do it?
