Thought I'd share this with you, just picked this up today. Won't tell you how much, it will just upset some of you :shock:

'97 GT STS-1 18" frame

This is the pic that the seller sent me a week or so a go. Nearly choked on my cuppa when I saw the price he was asking.

I just stripped it and am selling a lot of the parts as I just don't need them.

For the moment I'm keeping Frame, Forks, V Brakes and Spins

Now do I really need 4 STS's or am I going to jump in and swap for a Ti hardtail. Going to have to have a hard think about it :?:

Getting a bike for this price just shows that the value of Retroness hasn't yet reached everyone and to some these are just old bikes. Bargains are still to be had if you search hard enough

Nah not less than a Ton, would have scalded somewhere down below with my cuppa if it was

I've seen these frames go for over the £300 mark recently on their own. This little lot was picked up for far less than £300 not as massive a bargain as a ton. But double it and you're thereabouts. (ish )
