Large steel frame and forks. *Sorted*

I'm after a large steel frame and forks (no suspension), ideally 531, for a project. I'd also like it to be made by a British builder.
Cosmetically I'm not too fussed about condition as I'll probably get it painted. Although I'd be happy with something original and tidy too, if the price is right.
I'm 6'5".
Oh yeah and cheap. The budget is tight.
