Large frame and fork

Looking for a frame and fork for a build like the ones posted. Needs to be big, 21-23" I think, around 60cm TT.
Canti mounts, steel, preferably lugged, 1" threaded and braze ons for fenders. The older, bigger and slacker the better!
Condition or "fancyness" less important. Would have to be shipped to Sweden, at my expense of course.
Anybody have anything?
