Kool stop for nuovo / super record

Hi

Has anyone had experience of using the big square kool stop pads design for the old campag shoes ? I.e the ones used on nuovo , super , delta etc ?

I need new pads or my chorus 1st gen monoplaners but cannot decide whether to buy these or just buy modern shoes and pads that will fit the narrow slots in the arms . I don't mind using modern parts , I just want the best braking performance
