Kooka v brake - worth 150€?

Hi all,
I can buy these yellow/gold kooka v brakes for 150€, never used. Would this be a fair price?

I am quite unfamiliar with pricing on these so any feedback is appreciated.

Do you mean the levers? Nos will obviously fetch more and used go for high prices, so its down to wether you want them that much really.
