I don't quite understand your question, my friend. I suppose it depends on the frame you mount it on and the axle length you choose. Older frames typically have 113/115mm axles. If I remember correctly, the latest square axles were slightly longer to allow for chain clearance.
The axle is not included in the sale.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I’ve got a pair of Kooka forged cranks and trying to work out the right length bottom bracket to go in my Kona frame which has a 68mm BB shell.

Was hoping you might know if I need a 113/115mm or something longer like 122mm+

The image I attached to the message shows the manufacturer's recommendation, but I think it would be easier to go to the original bike assembly and copy the crank arm measurements it came with. It'll most likely match.
