not only have his auctions today been cancelled but the ones from yesterday have as well, looks like he has been removed from ebay for a while.

When eBay pulls an auction like that, it's due to the auction breaking the sites rules.

Offer him a lower price.

He's saving on Ebay & PayPal fees, and the hassle of postage. He also probably won't be able to attempt a sell on Ebay anytime soon if he's been booted, and if he registers under a new name he'll be flagged up again.

All in all it puts you in quite a strong buying position - plus you're lucky in knowing what he actually paid for the frame, and what it's considered value ought to be.

You know you're getting the thing too - which is the primary concern in this instance...
