Kona Velocity headset, please help

Hello, I need some help please, in the photo as below, I have a Kona headset for 1 1/8 threaded, it came from Lavadome frame and want to save it but want to make sure it's the headset completed and nothing is missing? in the orange pot is loose ball bearings that used at the bottom part, sorry for this daft question, just wanted to ask to the experts on here.

looks like everythings there.

From memory, my old impact was the same to look at.
Just one top race and the threaded locknut had an allen bolt to stop it comming loose.....was the best affordable one about at one time.
