Is this a proper Kona - seems like it has 26" wheels, all smokes I can find online have 700cs. Looks a little wrong to me - any info on it?

The decals don't look right to me, but otherwise it could be some 21" Kona?

It is a geniune kona model but modern l think they've been making these since mid 2000.

2007 model is 700c all the earlier ones are 26" wheel according to bikepedia
