I believe that they are supposed to be 27.0 but my Kilauea is quite tight with a 26.8 :?

Sheldon Brown says 26.6 post. Headset 1 1/8, would guess clamp 30ish (if seat tube 28.6 + ext butting)

If it's a 95 it might look like the catalogue pic or it might look like this one.

if it's a 25.0 post, you just need to ask for a 25.0-26.6 shim.

IME if you get it from Chain Reaction and you're not sure of the size, then if need be they'll replace it with another one FOC.
