Yes it will take cantis but you will need to make or purchase a rocker.There is a topic on here somewhere about it. Unsure about travel maybe 20mm ish will check

very lucky for me this frame is to big

had one of those bitd, an early suspension design that actualy works.

karmad the rear brake rocker recently, but a magura/v brake works beter imho
