Hi, the serial number says that it was made in early '96 so it is the '96 model year. I think I can see the Easton diamond mark in the 3rd picture which should make it either a Kula or an AA, they are basically the same frame. But the Kula's of that year tend to have a second cable stop on the top tube, for the Magura brakes, so I would lean more towards the AA.

It is a small stamp mark usually on the down tube and towards the head tube, which indicates that the tubing is made by Easton. It is a simplified version of their logo...

In the Kona lineup of that time, the higher end alloy frames (Kula and AA) used Easton, so it is an easy way to tell these frames apart from the cheaper alloy bikes (like the Koa, Muni Mula). I think I can see just a hint of the start of the stamp here...

And It can't be a 1995 kona kula?

Thanks

It is unlikely, the frame was definitely welded in Taiwan in '96 which would have been months after the end of production for the '95 bikes. It "could" have been painted and sold as a '95 Kula (or maybe as a warranty replacement), stranger things have happened with Kona. Or it "could" be a '96 Kula missing the second cable stop for some reason. But I think it is most likely to be a '96 frame that was repainted and re-stickered later.

your seen very well, i havent see it.

The frame is repainted and with new logo decals.
but is painted like a kona kula 1995. I dont know is like the original frame or an AA 1996 painted like a 1995 kula.
