I would guess at a 26.8 seat post

More likely to be a 26.4 seatpost ('92 'cone was 26.4).

The seatpost in mine was 26.6, I know this for a fact as I bent the original and had to buy a replacement. Though I'm having trouble remebering if my Lavadome was a '90 or '91, 20 years is a long time to remember such trivia.
