Hi, i have this Kona kula 1995, that i haven’t got time to use.
Frame Kona Kula 18" original paint and decals
Rock shox mag 21 restored, new seals, paint and decals
Cassete, shifters, front and rear mech, cranks Shimano XT-751
V-brake Avid single digit SL-ti
Levers avid speed dial 5
Stem: Controltech with Ritchey Pro bar
Saddle Flite Ti new unused
Wheels: Rear hub shimano deore, and front non brand, machined by metal worker
sun rims ZJ18 with michelin wildgrip R tires.

Nice frame, not to keen on the modern parts fitted but i bet it rides ok.

Why has it got different coloured decals?

A few members on here may be aware that I am an advocate for fitting components that were made later than the frame to which they are attached.

With that in mind, I have included a picture from the Non-Drive Side of my 1995 Kula that obscures some of the more modern components.

My bike does display the more usual Gold coloured Decals. More interestingly though, the Downtube font appears to be taller on my bike than the N.D.S. picture of the one for sale.

mkone: The frame was sold separately by the spanish distributor like an offer and decals are original in this frame. The steering decal is different than the 95 but it's like a 96.
 
Spain seems to be a special place for unique Konas. I know that they do a yellow Explosif in 1996, which I never saw in any other country.
