Put a wanted advert out back in June /July time..and eventually with the help of Magas from the Austrian Contingent he helped me broker a deal for a Ku. Its as always with me a mixture of old and NOS. The forks were sprayed up by a company here in Plymouth. Also he "tidied" up the seat and chain stays. All other paint work was left as is. With the help of 8) Gil_m 8) i designed a fork decal. I also managed to get a set of the natural/butterscotch tyres for £35 from matt edwards{who has just joined..welcome bud.. its addictive  }.. they are both rear versions.. might be lucky to pick up a front one one day. {just noticed that the front wheel hub is wrong way round   ..thats shift work for you}. Thank you also to Pipmeister 8) for all his "tech" help.

:D Thanks as always 8)

Ernie

Re:

Glad to see that it has all finally come together after your long search - as you said in your e-mail, "She looks cute".... oops, was that for my eyes only

I had been trying to fit those Triple Butted P2 forks to one of my bikes for a while, and never could decide which one, so I'm pleased that they have been put to good use at last! That is a great design in keeping with the original Stars 'n' Bars.
