Just thought i'd share a few pics of my koa upgrade project.Not one for the purists but im likeing it so far.

ye could be a bit dodgy,still a work in progress gotta get the gears sorted and change the crank for an xt hollowtech.really pleased hows it coming togther, wasnt sure about the fork but it seems to be a good choice but the proof will be in the riding.

its an a2z adapter,fits the koa frame like a glove.Im the same with putting new gear on older frames,doesnt always work but think it has with this one

nice bike. frame's in very good nick. i've got one of those adapters kicking about that was on a scott frame i had, won't fit on my hot though!
