It intrigues me that sellers place ads like this without seeing a need to give any evidence whatever that the bike is what they say it is. I guess though that if you went to see it you would at least be able to read the Kilauea decal that is illegible in the Craigslist photo. With a better photo, you might also be able to discern the ovalised and tapered Tange Concept top/down tubes, but I can't see that. As it's a non-standard colour, many people might assume it had been resprayed and wonder whether what lay underneath the paint was actually a Kilauea.
As it happens, I think it is a genuine 1993 Kilauea in an option colour, simply because I have a photo of another example in that colour. And I agree, it is a nice colour for it, isn't it?
