I'm a new user here and thought i would share some pics of my Kona kilhauea 93. have a look in my gallery section.

All components Original, apart from saddle and tyres.

Seems to be in a pretty immaculate condition. How does she ride?

Thanks. these pics were taken over a year ago and since then, i have sustained a few chips from stones hitting the frame.

The ride is immaculate. The gears are spot on, the brakes are responsive and the wheels are Strong!
I rode her from Toulouse to Barcelona in late 2008 and it was a pleasure.

That was my first mountain bike back in 1993, bought new from leisure lakes. Great bike, I upgraded it with Manitou 4's, middleburn cranks, XTR rear mech, X Lite levers and skewers. Then it got stolen......

One of my favorite bikes.
I remeber seeing it in MBUK's Works bikes in 93 as Steve Peats (complete with Specialized hardpack 1.5's - and he used to DH on it!)
One day, one day.

Peaty actually rode my bike. i was working up at Fort william world cup downhill in 09. he used it to go from where i was based, to his pit and back.
